Max Midroit


   Max A. Midroit began his music studies in his native France. After receiving three first medals in theory, sight-reading, and piano from the Conservatoire National de Marseille, he furthered his studies at the Juilliard School (BM 93), and at Rice University (MM 95) with professor John Perry. He has appeared in various concert halls in the U.S., as well as in France, Germany, and the Netherlands. Recent performances include concerts at Trinity Church with mezzo-soprano Wilma Wever and at Weill Recital Hall at Carnegie Hall for Jennifer Nagel's Concerts4aCure concert series benefiting the Leukemia Society. Max Midroit is currently a Ph.D. candidate at NYU.
